• TravelWalls / We: The platform and company.
• User / You: Any person using the Platform.
• Customer: Users booking travel or buying products.
• Provider: Drivers, guides, agencies, hotels, and shop owners.
• Services: Travel bookings, social content, and marketplace products.

2. Eligibility

By using TravelWalls, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to suspend accounts providing false information.

3. Nature of the Platform

TravelWalls acts as a marketplace and social platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We do not own or operate third-party services (like hotels or airlines) unless explicitly stated.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Provider Verification

To ensure safety, providers must submit valid Government IDs, licenses, and certificates. Providing fraudulent documents results in permanent removal.

6. Bookings & Payments

6.1 Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a digital ticket/message.

6.2 Pricing

Prices may fluctuate based on availability, currency changes, or government taxes. The final price is confirmed at checkout.

6.3 Processing

We use secure third-party gateways. TravelWalls does not store full credit card details.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual service providers. TravelWalls service fees may be non-refundable. Approved refunds typically process within 7–21 working days.

8. User Conduct

Users must not make fraudulent bookings, provide false information, or attempt to disrupt platform security. Violations lead to immediate suspension.

9. Social Platform Rules

Content on the "Travel Wall" must not include hate speech, illegal material, or misleading promotions. We reserve the right to remove any content without notice.

10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

TravelWalls is not liable for flight delays, hotel service quality, driver behavior, or visa denials. These are managed exclusively by third-party providers.

12. Intellectual Property

The TravelWalls logo, design, and graphics are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use or copying is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or natural disasters.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. All disputes will be handled in the courts of Dhaka.
