Yes. Our support team is available via email and customer support channels to assist you.

Account & Payments

Click Sign Up, enter your email/phone, create a password, and verify your account.

Use the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email or phone.

Go to Account Settings → Profile to edit your personal details, photo, and preferences.

After approval, refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Providers Overview

You can register as a provider and submit verification documents such as a Government ID, Licenses or certificates, and your Business details.

Verification helps ensure safety, trust, and exceptional service quality for our customers.

Payments are released according to the provider payout schedule after the requested service is successfully completed.

Social Platform

Yes. Posts on the TravelWalls feed are public and visible to other users.

Yes. You can delete your posts anytime directly from your profile.

Images uploaded for AI captions are used only to generate content for you and are not used to train public AI models without your consent.

Booking & Reservations

Booking is simple:
  • Search for your destination or service.
  • Choose your hotel, flight, driver, or tour.
  • Enter traveler details.
  • Complete payment.
  • Receive confirmation via email/SMS.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation message or ticket.

Yes. You can easily enter traveler details for family, friends, or clients during checkout.

We support secure payments via:
  • Debit / Credit cards
  • Mobile banking
  • Online payment gateways

Changes depend on the service provider’s policy. Contact support as soon as possible to request modifications.

Yes, depending on the provider’s cancellation policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable or include cancellation fees.

  • Mobile banking: 3–7 business days
  • Bank or card payments: 7–10 business days

If a provider cancels your booking, TravelWalls will help you get a full refund OR find an alternative service.

Not always. Most providers accept digital tickets or vouchers displayed directly on your phone.

Late arrival or no-show policies depend on the provider. Many bookings become non-refundable if missed.

Travel Shop

The Travel Shop is a marketplace where you can buy travel-related products from verified sellers. Examples include:
  • Travel accessories
  • Luggage and gear
  • Travel-friendly products

Select the product, add it to your cart, enter your delivery address, complete the payment, and receive an order confirmation.

Delivery times vary by seller and location. Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

Yes. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

You can request a return if:
  • The item is damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is defective.
Note: Return requests must be submitted within the seller’s return window.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is specifically due to a seller error.

Contact support with photos within the return window. We will coordinate a replacement or refund with the seller.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.

You can join TravelWalls if you are a:

Create a TravelWalls account, choose Register as Provider, submit required documents, and wait for verification approval.

Verification helps build trust and safety for customers. We verify identity, licenses, and business documents before allowing providers to accept bookings.

Depending on your service type:
  • Drivers: National ID/Passport, Driving License, Vehicle registration
  • Tour Guides: Government ID, Professional or tour guide certificate
  • Agencies/Hotels: Business registration, Trade license, Bank account details
  • Marketplace Sellers: Business or personal ID, Product details

Managing Services & Payments

After approval, go to your Provider Dashboard, click Add Service, upload photos, pricing, and details, then publish your listing.

Yes. Providers can update pricing, availability, and service details anytime from the dashboard.

You will receive App notifications, Email alerts, and Dashboard updates. You can accept or manage bookings directly from your Dashboard.

Yes, but cancellations should be avoided. Frequent cancellations may affect your provider rating or account status.

Payments are released after service completion and confirmation from the customer. Funds transfer to your registered bank or mobile wallet.

  • Mobile banking: 2–5 business days
  • Bank transfer: 3–7 business days

Yes. TravelWalls charges a platform service commission for each successful booking or sale. Rates vary by category.

Ratings, Safety & Account

Customers leave ratings and reviews after service completion. High ratings help you get more bookings and increase visibility.

Yes. Providers can respond to reviews professionally through the dashboard.

Accounts may be temporarily suspended, permanently removed, or subject to legal action if fraud occurs.

Report the issue to our support team immediately. We investigate and take appropriate action to protect providers.

Yes. You can disable availability anytime without deleting your account.

Go to your Provider Dashboard → Payment Settings and update your payout information.
